
Many people have separated “God-stuff” from “real world stuff”. People think there are aspects of life that are inherently spiritual (time spent in prayer, professional ministry work, church attendance, etc) and then there are aspects of life that are not inherently spiritual (working as an accountant, mowing the lawn, watching football, etc.)
Does that line up with Scripture? Does that reflect the correct way of understanding life?
I don’t think so. I think for the people of God, all things are “unto God“; every part of our life should rightly be seen in light of the Gospel.
